Say hello to our latest Crossroads Special Edition — the Moontower.
If you’re from Austin, you probably already know. Over a hundred years ago, 31 towering electric streetlights were installed across the city to help keep the streets safe at night. Electric streetlights were becoming more common at the time, but these massive structures that lit up entire blocks were a little more unique. They first used arc lamp bulbs, and then mercury vapor, which puts off an eerie green-blue glow which resembles the glow of the moon. They’re weird, they’re wonderful, and they’ve become a symbol of this place we call home.

This is our second-ever Crossroads Special Edition, following the Capitol Edition from Season 2. The Moontower builds on the Season 3 platform, with its signature textured dial, curved sapphire crystal, and softened square case. But this one leans into the night.

The dial is moody and dimensional, with a finish that shifts subtly in the light. Pale yellow and soft blue accents echo the warm glow cast by the historic towers. Polished indices catch the light just right, like the first flicker of a streetlamp coming to life.

The Moontower Edition captures a specific feeling — warm air, long nights, and the magic of a city after dark. It’s a tribute to the Austin we love, and to the people who keep the energy going after the sun goes down.
Like the Capitol Edition, this release will be limited. Once it sells out, that’s it.
