In this video, I test the new Polestar 2 software update P4.2.13 to see if it fixes a common issue with the rear luggage compartment light.
I have installed an aftermarket extra LED light strip in my trunk. During the winter, the cold weather combined with the extra current draw caused the trunk lights to strobe (flicker) or fail to turn on entirely.
The P4.2.13 release notes specifically mention a "Bug fix for when the rear luggage compartment interior light intermittently did not turn on." Watch to see the installation, the release notes, and the immediate results!
