START
Set up dual line of ladders
Assume a parallel athletic stance with feet, knees, and hips facing forward, standing laterally of the first section of the ladder
Weight is in the balls of the feet
Trainer holding resistance band around hips creating lateral resistance
EXECUTE
Utilizing both sections of the ladder, tap both feet in each box pulling against resistance band
Plant outside leg outside of ladder and tap inside leg outside of ladder
Return back across ladder moving up one rung
Continue to drive the arms to counter balance the action of the feet.
FOCUS
Keep weight in balls of the feet, try to not let the heels touch the floor.
Keep shoulders square to the ladder and chest upright.
Quick feet
Avoid “double tap” steps outside of ladder
