Cheesy Nachos with beans
Add Oil
Add whole zeera
Add chopped Onions
Add Ginger garlic paste
Add chopped Tomatoes
Add Salt &
Cook it till oil seperates
Add tomato puree
& mix till oil seperates
Now add kashmiri Red chilli pdr
Add Zeera pdr
add Haldi pdr
Add Tikha lal chilli pdr
Add Dhaniya pdr
Roast masala by putting some water in which we boiled raajma (beans)
Cook till oil seperates
Add 2 spoons of Black bean sauce
Add boiled rajma with water
At time of boiling add rajma,water,
whole dalchini, Laung, badi ilaichi, salt, haldi.
Cheese sauce
Add 2 tblespoon of butter
Add All purpose flour & roast it
Now add Milk
Add cheese slice & mix it till it becomes thick
For final preparation
Nachos chips of any flavour you like
Rajama batter
Cheese sauce
Guacamole Salad 🥗
