Since the first CD in 1996 the techno compilation series 'Favorite Tools' has a fixed place in the XXX Records release plan and marks the most succesful series by this Viennese label.
The idea to invite Austrias top DJs to present their favorite tracks in a 70-minute-mix, has proved as a permanent result. Today the series is also known abroad, as well in the DJ scene, as in the fast growing community. Now the consistency was to get new and interesting input for the series by picking up international stars. That means even more fist class mixes and delicious techno- trance sound to please the fans. Seit der ersten CD im Jahr 1996 hat die Techno-Compilation-Reihe 'Favorite Tools' einen festen Platz im Veröffentlichungsplan von XXX Records und markiert die erfolgreichste Reihe des Wiener Labels.
Als grandios hat sich die Idee erwiesen, Österreichs Top-DJs einzuladen, ihre Lieblingstracks in einem 70-Minuten-Mix zu präsentieren. Heute ist die Serie auch im Ausland bekannt, sowohl in der DJ-Szene, als auch in der schnell wachsenden Community. Nun galt es, durch die Aufnahme internationaler Stars neuen und interessanten Input für die Serie zu bekommen.
