[宴客菜] 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝制作簡單方面,叫魚販代為開殼,放入蒜蓉和粉絲,蒸熟,便完成一碟簡單豐富的海鮮。
如在酒樓食用,費用不便宜,但自已做,價錢便宜很多,而且食物保持新鮮!
[家常小菜] 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝食譜
材料:
扇貝6隻、粉絲1小扎、蒜頭4顆
蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝做法:
1.洗淨貝殻,用刀插入空隙;貼著貝殻底部,用手撕開扇貝。(可叫魚販代為開殼)。
2.拆開外殻,用手撕走黑色內臟和啡黃色黏膜,保留扇貝肉和裙邊。
3. 扇貝肉清洗乾淨。
4.蒜頭切蒜蓉,粉絲浸軟後切開一段段。
5.粉絲鋪在上扇貝,再放上蒜蓉。
6.大火蒸8分鐘,淋上自製醬油或蒸食豉油,便完蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。
[自製醬油]做法,大火下一湯匙油、半茶匙糖、醬油適量加入蒸扇貝流出水份,大火煮滚便成。

Steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli Recipe
Ingredients:
6 scallops, 1 small vermicelli, 4 garlic heads
How to steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli:
1. Wash the shells, insert a knife into the gap; stick to the bottom of the shells, and tear open the scallops with your hands. (You can ask the fishmonger to open the shells for you).
2. Open the shell, tear off the black viscera and brown mucous membrane with your hands, and keep the scallop meat and skirt.
3. Clean the scallop meat.
4. Cut the garlic into minced garlic, soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into sections.
5. Place the vermicelli on top of the scallops and top with minced garlic.
6. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes, drizzle with homemade soy sauce, and finish steaming scallops with garlic vermicelli.
[Homemade Soy Sauce]
Method: Add a tablespoon of oil, half a teaspoon of sugar, and an appropriate amount of soy sauce to the steamed scallops over high heat to drain out the water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
