Will a pair ofGoal Zero Boulder 100 Briefcase Solar Panels fill up a Goal Zero Yeti 1000 lithium battery pack from 20% to 100% in one clear day in NewEngland? I wanted to test this again from my last video since we had a rainy and cloudy afternoon that brought my testing to an early end.
The quick answer is, yes, in ideal conditions each of these panels will be able to charge the Yeti 1000 by about 400 watt hours (40%) apiece so you can charge from 20 to 100% but if there are any clouds, shadows, or other obstructions you will fall short. It's more realistic and better you your battery to only discharge down to 40-50% at most and in that case these tow panel should easily fill it up in a day.
