For this bean recipe you will need :
500 g kidney beans
1 Tablespoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon tumeric
2 teaspoon nut Meg
1tablespoon garlic flakes
1 beef/vegetable stock
5 tomatoes blended
1 onion chopped
2 potatoes
3 carrots
1 cup green beans
Flour for thickening
Salt and pepper to taste
