This is the strategy I used to get rich in POE 3.23 without the magic find meta and without the league mechanic. (I skipped it for most of the league.)
TL;DR = Boss Rushing Shaper Guardians/Elders/Conqueror's + Invitations
Add 1 or 2 mechanics on your way to boss rush. Complete as fast as possible. Bulk sell maven invitations and everything else.
