Ingredients
600g tiger prawns, about 18 pieces, peel and devein
4-5 pieces kaffir lime leaves
1 onion, peel and dice
2 lemon, use white part, smash
4 red chillies, remove seeds and cut into short sections
1 can coconut milk, 400g
1 bowl of bite size fresh pineapple
Seasoning
1&1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp red curry paste
1&1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
