The parents of a 16-year-old boy who died in 2023 were horrified to find their son had been getting tips from a prolific user of a suicide website in the lead up to his death.

The forum is now supposed to be invisible to people in the UK under the Online Safety Act.
Yet this programme was still able to gain access and found the same user giving almost daily advice to those wanting to end their lives.
