Watch this video to see how the race where I ran my 10k personal best went! I took part in the 2024 Leeds Abbey Dash as part of my winter plan to see where my fitness was at.
I haven’t raced for over 2 months due to recovering from covid. I was injured at the start of the winter and then my summer season got wiped out due to covid. I tried to come back and race 2 months ago, but my body wasn’t ready. I therefore took a complete break and built my body back from then.
It really does show, never give up, because good things are around the corner.
