Here we take a look at my brand new Roberts Revival R260 radio. We also make comparisons between the new R260 and an original 1958 Roberts RT1 radio. Roberts introduced the Revival radio in the early 1990s. This was after a 1990 Martini TV advertisement in which a red Roberts R200 was set in the background, and on seeing this the great British public were phoning Roberts asking where they could buy one. A great move by Roberts as the radio is still in production today, and is still very popular. A design classic!
