Anyone that makes youtube videos knows how annoying it is when you forget your lines, not to mention the amount of extra time it adds in editing removing all your mistakes. i know it was annoying me and i wanted to improve my throughput when it came to producing videos and i thought an easy way to do this would be buying a teleprompter. Then i saw the price, and for something i wasn’t sure would help i didn’t want to spend 200 bucks. So i looked at how they were built and thought that doesn't look to complicated i bet i could make that for cheap. Little did i know when i was thinking cheap it actually ended up being FREE. This video is how I built a teleprompter for free, and this isnt click bait or any sort of lie this is true and i recommend anyone that shoots videos on a budget to give this a go because you will be amazed at how much it helps. Now you will have some ghosting as the glass isnt real beam splitter glass, however beam splitter glass isn’t rare and if you want you can normally have your local glass shop get you a piece cut to the size you want that will improve your experience.
