Approach was made from the south side. Officer Duck identified a van containing an AK-47 platform and large quantities of cash, confirming organized criminal activity.

Upon door breach, a suspect engaged immediately. Officer Duck responded with precise shotgun fire to the upper collarbone region. A second suspect fired down the hallway; Duck delivered controlled fire past a civilian shoulder, neutralizing the threat without civilian injury.
