Keema Samosa Recipe
📝 Ingredients
For the Keema Filling:
Minced meat (Beef or Chicken) – 500 g (½ kg)
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 medium
Green chilies (chopped) – 3–4
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Cooking oil – 3–4 tbsp
For Samosa Wrapping:
Samosa sheets / samosa patti – as required
Flour paste (maida + water) – for sealing
For Frying: oil For deep frying
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, cook for 1 minute.
Add the minced meat and cook well until the water dries.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
Cook on medium heat until the keema is fully dry and well roasted.
Add garam masala, fresh coriander, and a little lemon juice. Mix well.
Let the filling cool completely.
Fill the samosa sheets, shape them, and seal with flour paste.
Fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
