About the Speaker:
I am Santhosh Nimmani born in a decent traditional family from a small town. Like every small town boy , I struggled with my communication skills in order to sustain this competitive world.

Being an introvert and an average student it is even more tough to excel in my career till my SSC . Then I started facing the biggest fears of my life that is education and people. I started exploring my self then first I beat the fear of education and become Top 10 students in my Inter college.

From there I realized that ranks are not giving me happiness then started exploring regarding extracurricular activities which made me fulfilled in my college life. It doesn't last longer as the College is just for only 4 years but in this span of time I acted as student coordinator , advisor and core team member for many creative events and fests in college. Which gave me a result of confidence and created a positive impact on my self belief system and which even made me to crack a placement in Reputed MNC . At that moment my professors suggested me to take an MBA but my financial situation doesn't support so has to take up the job in MNC.

After joining in MNC it is quite challenging for me as I am from non-Computer science background which made me to go through lot of hard work to sustain in the IT for a while.

After 1 year I got to a state of stability in IT career but still doesn't made an impact. After that lot of incidents around me shattered my life because of that I lost my confidence and went to a state of loneliness and self doubt. Thought of upgrading myself to next level then made a routine of doing physical exercise and coming out of my loneliness by interacting with many new people and old people who don't know my present because of that they are not judging me which gave me a hope. I learned public speaking and started doing videos which empower people with my experience and also lead to improve my technical and interpersonal skills.
