At 7:30, I say this doesn't happen in any other accent. It may occur in some other Caribbean accents, But rarely if ever to the extent of a Puerto Rican accent.

And I don't actually know for sure if the Kid Rock show was him lip syncing with a fake string performance, that's what I was told, I haven't watched it. When trying to verify it, the news stories I found seemed very mixed about what was real, fake, pre-recorded or not.
