We're discussing Playtest 7 for Squad's 9.0 Update featuring Unreal Engine 5, new gunplay, new factions and hopefully better performance. This playtest was pretty quiet, but did feature some tweaks and updates to try and improve the experience. I was able to play a few rounds and capture gameplay that seemed smoother and more polished than it had in the last two playtests. We also tried the new skirmish game mode and some of the factions with updated roles.
