don't. just buy him for plat in the market, you will get it back anyways by trading. I also have a trading guide. but if you still want to farm him, then you can do it by following the steps in the video. you can also get his parts by playing a lot of void fissure missions to open relics, and might be lucky to have other teammate getting his parts so you can claim it as well - but I personally don't like to do it when I'm searching for a specific warframe because it's unreliable.
