We recently had the pleasure to organize together with our partner MEDATech Engineering a demo with customers to show how an off-road vocational truck with a MEDATech ALTDRIVE electric powertrain and battery system, connects automatically with ABB’s Ability™ eMine FastCharge system.
ABB’s pilot eMine™ FastCharge is set to become the world’s fastest and only fully automated charging system for mining trucks. Designed for the harshest environments, this flexible and modular solution can easily be installed anywhere, and being built-up on open industrial standards can charge any truck, without the need of human intervention.
