Purpose: This video presentation was prepared as an internal communications piece to provide the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department with a detailed project update following completion of Phase I of the Battleship TEXAS Dry Berth Project, which entailed preservation of the Battleship TEXAS and proposed construction of a permanent dry berth for this National Historic Landmark. CESI was awarded with a 2012 Telly Award in the "Government Relations" category for this video production.
