This is 1970 Chrysler Newport. It's been in the same family since it was new but like many of the same, it had been left to sit for a long while, until recently. It was revived and had a handful of hot rod-esque work done to it. However, that seems to have now left it with an engine that smokes profusely and a transmission that slips severely, amongst a host of other questionable "modifications". My hope is to bring the car a little bit closer to stock form where it can just be enjoyed as the modest luxury automobile it once was, + rust.
