Potentially the ultimate fps solution/fix for everyone regardless of spec/hardware. It also implements and expands upon Xalphenos' discovery allowing for 60fps at 1x speed where hardware allows.

This feature is a new addition to Superhack, a mod designed by Vloodz 'coming soon'
