This has been a strange few months as I've found myself playing a lot more games around making content that I have in a while. I've always found that shorter matched games like PUBG or Tetris really eat up the most of my time since each match never feels like a big commitment and Fall Guys is no different. Being so into 3D Platformers, having speedran Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie, I knew this would be a dangerous game for me to get into, but I had to give in eventually. Hopefully now that this is out I can play a bit more!

This was a relativiely difficult cover to arrange as the form is a bit different from most video game music. After the first chorus there's pretty much this long build up until the final few choruses and I really wanted to let all the different sections' nuances breathe. I tried to keep pretty true to the original except for filling out some of the drum only parts with some extra bass and an added solo at the end.

I was really excited to take on the bass in this song and actually found the solo way easier than I thought it'd be. I've been using flat wound strings for a few years now, but switched to round wounds for this to get a newer and brighter sound, and oh man did they hurt going back. I think it ended up sounding really good though! Hope you enjoy this cover, I know a good many of you have been wanting to hear me take this one on!
