In this video, I create an SOP in under 1 minute using Claude — specifically for how my virtual assistant should prepare a discovery call package. Starting from the process diagram we built in a previous video, I describe the outcome I want and let the AI do the heavy lifting.

Is the result perfect? No. But it's version 1, and that's all you need to get started.
