If you are having weird electrical issues like:
door locks not working
gauges not working
windows not working
radio not working
DIC saying 'unknown driver'
Traction control not working
Key fab not working

Basically if your vehicle seems possessed all of a sudden, and it's intermittently with everything working then not working then back to working, then you have come to the right place.

This was driving me nuts for months and months. Most of the mechanics were going directly to assumptions that I needed either a Pcm, or Ecm, or BCM, or Battery, or Alternator. After changing the Battery, Alternator, and testing a BCM...I decided that they were just guessing, so i thought I might as well just diagnose and guess myself.
These are the things i tested in order.
1) battery connections - all good
2) battery - replaced. No change
3) alternator - replaced - no change.
4) all Ground locations that I could located - no change.
5) BCM - Body Control Module - replaced - no change.

Eventually after all that I studied a bunch of Schematics and found that all Computer Modules in the vehicle connected all together at one location; namely Splice Pack 205 or SP205. Its kind of hard to get to, but it can be accessed. Its located on the driver side behind the headlight controls...like way behind it. You basically remove the headlight control face plate, and the vent, and then jam your hand in there, remove the tape holding it in place, and then pull the connector down towards the emergency brake for access. Once you have access, gently start pulling module contact wires off one at a time, and then turn your vehicle on each time. Hopefully eventually you will get the right module, and wammo everything goes back to normal. Then you just have to investigate one specific module.
