We spent just 24 hours exploring Colorado’s wine country — and it was the perfect quick trip! After a late-night arrival in Palisade, we woke up to incredible mesa views before Gabe went fishing (and caught some pretty trout 🎣). We set up camp, explored Grand Junction’s National Monument, and ended the adventure with wine tasting at Carboy Winery and fresh Palisade peaches 🍑.
