So it seems that there are fewer instances of b+4 into guaranteed u/b+3 than anticipated because of weird angling that allows for a B escape from u/b+3.
There is a certain angle within which the opponent can spring kick. Past that angle and a spring kick attempt will do wake-up 3 instead.
Within the spring kick angle, spring kick in most normal mid-stage situations will beat u/b+3. Past that angle, an attempt at spring kick gets CH by Lee's u/b+3 as wake-up 3, however, at this angle, B recovery will evade u/b+3.
The angles from the step are very close to one another and will often be difficult for an opponent to discern. A spring kick not properly timed still loses to u/b+3 into T! into combo from the front, as well, so the opponent attempt needs to be on-point.
We can mix the b+4, u/b+3 with b+4,3, u/f+4. The options missed by one move are covered by the other. Particularly if we got far enough to the side, the opponent trying to B recovery makes them take a lot of damage from the b+4,3, HMS u/f+4 catch. At this angle, we're always safe, even when the opponent "guessed right."
Any time we get u/b+3, we also get some added pressure. WR+3,4 gives 7 chip damage and gives us a frame advantage (+3, or +6 if we go to HMS... u/f+1+2 is also useful out of HMS here since it can be done from stance and is an i12 tracking command throw from +6).
Повторяем попытку...
