Bethany is 5 weeks out from stepping on stage for her bikini competition in November 👙🏆 — and in this video, you’ll see the raw, uncut footage of her Leg Day training session with me.
We’ve been running this exact workout for the last 3–4 weeks to build strength, fatigue her legs properly, and maximize muscle engagement before switching things up again. Here’s what we did in today’s session:
Workout Breakdown:
1️⃣ Hamstring Curls – multiple sets with slow negatives, deep squeezes at the bottom, and two brutal drop sets to finish.
2️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats (Drop Set of Death) – a John Meadows classic that torches the glutes. Watch as I cue Bethany’s form and help her dig deep.
3️⃣ Front Squats → Back Squats Superset – 3 tough rounds of this combo to really test her legs and conditioning.
