Описание: Regarding the Encounter between Beta-2 Police and Criminals

Today, May 3, 2026, the Beta-2 Police were conducting a routine check near the Omax Roundabout when they signaled two individuals riding a suspicious motorcycle—approaching from the opposite direction—to stop. Instead of complying, the criminals on the motorcycle accelerated rapidly and attempted to flee. As the police team gave chase, the criminals opened fire on the officers with the intent to kill. In a retaliatory action taken in self-defense, the police team returned fire, resulting in one of the criminals sustaining a gunshot wound to the leg. The injured criminal has been identified as Sonu Srivastava, son of Tulsi, a resident of Ghatkana (Police Station Maudaha, District Hamirpur), currently residing at Bhangel (Police Station Phase-2, Gautam Buddha Nagar). Recovered from the criminal's possession were one country-made pistol (.315 bore) along with one live cartridge and one spent shell casing, an Apache motorcycle stolen from the Ecotech-3 police station area, and a gold chain that had been snatched during a robbery. The aforementioned criminal's accomplice took advantage of the darkness to flee the scene; a combing operation is currently underway to locate and apprehend him. The injured criminal is being transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

The accused individuals are hardened criminals known for committing snatching incidents against pedestrians and passersby. They were responsible for a chain-snatching incident involving a woman at the Jagat Farm Market on April 11, 2026.
