Woman Causes Major Accident and Doesn’t Seem to Care, Resists

Officers responded to Weston, FL in reference to a traffic crash where one of the drivers was possibly under the influence. Upon arrival, officers observed the woman to be severely impaired - she had a hard time communicating and was acting volatile. It appears that she was unaware of what has transpired during the accident. Eventually, she becomes defensive towards officers which leads to a poor outcome…

She was charged with:
Battery on officer
Resist officer - obstruction without violence
DUI
