Van Life | Outer Hebrides | Barra & Vatersay
This brings our trip to the Outer Hebrides to an end, 2 magical weeks exploring the Western Isles. We take the Calmac ferry across from the Uists to Barra, the crossing is only 40 minutes but it feels like a very long time!!
Our first stop is Barra airport, it was amazing, everybody needs to visit at least once in your lifetime.
We explore Castlebay and of course we visit the gin distillery. Our ferry gets cancelled and we end up with an extra day and explore the beautiful Vatersay beaches.
We get Joan's pizza delivered straight to Sofia, this is the best pizza we have ever tasted. Yum Yum
