sec 135 of Companies Act 2013
any company which have
Networth 500 cr or more
Net profit 5 cr or more
Turnover 1000 cr or more in a FY need to form a CSR Committee.
CSR Committee consists of atleast 3 Directors out of which one should be Independent Director.
Minimum amount 2 % of average net profit of preceding 3 years.
