In this video, we are in the Oregon Cascade Range on Mount Hood hunting for Fall Matsutake, White Chanterelles, and Hedgehog mushrooms. We spent the day, covering areas between 2,500-3,000 ft., find bags full of these highly prized, delicious edible mushrooms. These mushrooms grow throughout the PNW Cascade Range from October through November, are easy to identify and are amazingly delicious. I show where to look, what to look for and how to pick these incredible mushrooms and make it back safely.
