This is a non-devotion variant of the mage list I played a few seasons ago. I broke devotion to tech in some more consistency in the form of Royal Decree, otherwise you'd have no way of guaranteeing your top-end golds.
This is a pretty strong list overall, and it's definitely the way to play NR this season.
