Normal sudoku rules apply, and digits increase along thermometers from the bulb to the end.
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the indicated diagonal. Every 4 must be orthogonally connected to a 6; however a 4 can never be next to a 6 in a thermo.


[The thermos follow the stripes of the flag and the top left ones are meant to incorporate the stars on the flag; the little killers are 1/20/21 - inauguration day, in American format. Joe Biden will be president #46, and first became a senator at age 30.]
