1 tsp grated apple
1 tsp grated onion
1 clove grated garlic
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
3 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp dashi stock (or water mixed with a pinch of dashi granules)
250g thinly sliced pork loin
salt and pepper
all purpose flour for dusting
1 tbsp cooking oil
6 shishito peppers (or mini sweet peppers/sliced bell peppers)
toasted white sesame seeds
toasted sesame oil
