From April 2nd to April 13th, 2024, Thosamling Nunnery and Institute hosted an enlightening retreat titled "Psychology for transforming stress into Blossoming of your Buddha Nature," led by the esteemed Ven. Geshe Dorji Damdul, director of Tibet House, the Cultural Centre of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Based on the profound text "In Praise of Dharmadhatu" by Arya Nagarjuna, participants delved into the depths of Buddhist psychology, discovering practical techniques for transcending stress and nurturing their innate Buddha Nature. The retreat attracted numerous new participants eager to explore these transformative teachings under the guidance of Geshe Dorji Damdul.
