This is a light weight arm workout. 3lb weights, with tabata timing. So, you are fetting in a lot of reps, high reps and light weight will give you that toned sleek look. There are 10 exercises, we go through the set 4x , 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest between each move. Also you should have annactive rest, that neans jyst a side step as i do, or walk in place. You just dont stand still
Also onnthe second and third set you will balance on one leg alt for the bicep curls and hammer curls.
Moves are: bicep curls
Lateral raises
Military press
Tricep kickback
Front raises
Rotator cuffs
Hammer curls
Standing chest flys
Bent over rows
Upright rows
