Over these four sessions, we focus on building a sustainable foundation through mindful breathing, joint mobility, and core-centered movement. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to "reset," this series offers the perfect path to feeling strong, flexible, and grounded.
Part 1: Grounding & Upper Body Release
Focus on settling the mind and releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and side body. Perfect for shedding daily tensions and opening up the chest and spine. We encourage you to move without "jerky or jammy" sensations and use yoga blocks if needed.
