Описание: Doing everything right but not seeing weight loss results? Here’s why 👇🏻 1) You’re not in a calorie deficit. Plain and simple. If you’ve been consistent with track and measuring your portions but still are not seeing results then you may not actually be in a deficit. Here’s what to do: - Use my calorie calculator to determine your starting calories and adjust your calories as you go along with you don’t notice an average weight loss in the first 4 weeks. - Move more. If you average 4,000 steps per day…you’re sedentary, add more walks and activity to your daily lifestyle to add more value to your health and your weight loss. 2) You’re not counting those bites, licks and tastes. Yes, those calories count too. Even if you don’t track it. When you eat have it be on a plate or a pre determined portion. You can’t measure results on feelings. 3) Have more meals, less snacks. You’re a cabinet goblin. You snack more than you sit down and eat. This can lead to overeating, not giving your body the proper nourishment it needs and yes…having those habits carry over to the weekend. Bonus: you eat like an a**hole on the weekend. If you’re only on track 4/7 days a week you can’t expect to see the results you want in the time frame that you want.
