Time to get those pecs and delts properly sorted out - especially if you are recovering from a shoulder injury. These bad boys can get so tight and most of the time it takes the physio get in there to release it. In between treatments I suggest you try the large foam roller for the pecs and the mini roller for the delts.
Pecs can be down in the floor - aim for the muscle and tendon but avoid the sensitive front area of the shoulder joint. If you can’t do it on the floor due to ROM issues - do it in a doorway. For deltoid release - do yourself a favour and get a mini roller for this one!
