Lydiard parkrun Full Virtual Run 25 Minutes 27 Seconds

Описание: Lydiard parkrun was filmed on Saturday 16 September 2023.

I upload 3 formats to try and cater for most people appetites. The first is about 3 minutes long, the second is about 6 minutes and the last one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day due to the course and the conditions. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run; this version can also be used as a virtual run on a treadmill.

Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather.
