This video is an introduction to advanced manufacturing and cybersecurity. In this video we discuss manufacturing as one of the nation's critical infrastructure sectors, the definition of advanced manufacturing, discuss modern digitally-driven manufacturing, define operational technology (OT) and how it differs from information technology (IT), and finally, discuss the need for convergence of IT cybersecurity and OT cybersecurity.
These series of videos were developed for high school and community colleges students who are participating in information technology and/or cybersecurity programs.
