How to Make a Wildfire Defense with Pool, Pump, and Hoses, DIY

This is my 2" pump. It's not the best pump out there but it has worked well for me over the years.

This is 1" version that would make your entire system a lighter and cheaper. With this you probably wouldn't need a kart to move it. If you do decide to go with 1" than all your PVC and fire hoses + nozzels would be 1" as well but I'm only going to give info on 1.5" following.

Or what ever retailer works for you the products all seem to be the same as far as I can tell.

You can get your PVC from your local hardware including big places like THD, or Lowe's which is kind of easier but here are links to Amazon of the fittings that would make what I have. Plus you would need a little bit of 1.5" and 2" pipe, plus the primer and glue. But these T's are critical to get water where you need it other wise you have to drag the hose all over the place which is slow and hard.
