500g minced beef
2 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced or cubed)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stick, diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
250ml beef stock
1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs or dried thyme
1 tablespoon flour (optional for thickening)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil for frying

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)


Oven 190°C (380°F) for about 35 minutes
Airfryer 180°C (360°F) for about 35 minutes.
