🔎 The MOBIFILL® packaging machine from PALAMATIC PROCESS is designed to facilitate the filling of bags, drums, or cartons under a mixer, silo, or empty big bag, thereby guaranteeing impeccable quality.

How can you easily fill bags, drums, or cartons under a mixer, silo, or empty big bag? The answer is the flexible MOBIFILL® solution!
This is a packaging station mounted on a mobile, sturdy skid (steel or stainless steel frame) with wheels, which includes:
✅ A transfer screw (trough or tubular) to convey the product to the filling head.
✅ A bag filling head with integrated scale to control the screw and adjust the packaged weight.
✅ A sealed connection system (inflatable seal or clamping jaws) between the filling spout and the bag/sachet for optimal containment.
✅ An easy, quick, and sealed connection.

The MOBIFILL® can be installed via a quick, sealed connection: under a mixer to directly package the product mix output, under a big bag emptying station to repackage big bags into bags, cartons, or drums, or under a silo for packaging into bags.

Special application for hygiene requirements!
MOBIFILL® is designed to facilitate dry or wet cleaning when changing products and raw materials. To do this, the hygienic version of this mobile station incorporates an EasyClean screw or a trough screw to ensure complete access to the parts in contact with the powder: filling head removable in sub-assemblies, hinged screw cover, removable flights, tubular frame on sides or open profile structure.

✔ The product is transferred via the stainless steel transfer screw to the filling head.
✔ The integrated scale automatically controls the speed of the screw to ensure weight accuracy.
✔ An inflatable seal or clamping jaw ensures a tight connection to the bag and optimal dust containment.
✔ The station is fully mobile thanks to its stainless steel or steel frame mounted on handling wheels.
