On the US B License something that was new to me was having to recreate the scenario where the opposition team exploited your team. What I choose was how the opposition team played out of the back against us and specifically with a diagonal pass from their #4 to their #6.
In order to coach your "Focus Team" on how to prevent the opposition from having success building out you have to first recreate the exact picture. You can not move on and coach your focus team until the opposition start having a lot of success.
This is something that sounds easier than it actually is. It needs to be the exact organization of players, game like, have repetition, be challenging, and only then you can finally start to coach your team.
