Questa volta voglio introdurre una novità qui sul mio canale, un operazione mai vista prima d'ora sul mio canale...sto parlando della raccolta olive meccanizzata con scuotitore e abbacchiatore.

L'azienda Agricola Farinelli, è la protagonista di questa raccolta olive in questo uliveto formato da 3 varieta di olive, Pendolino, Carvignola e Tortiglione.
Durante il video vedremo all'opera uno scuotitore Spedo con trasmissione idraulica alla PTOdel trattore e che verrà azionato da un John Deere 5615F.
Il John Deere 6120 avrà il ruolo di tenere agganciato il rimorchio per richiudere le reti e depositare le olive nella vasca, dove 2 rotori gireranno per richiudere la rete e far cadere le olive dentro la vasca.

Chiaramente lo scuotitore da solo non ce la fa a far cadere tutti chicchi di ulivo, qualche chicco di oliva ci rimarrà sempre e in quel caso, verranno usati 2 abbacchiatori per far cadere quei pochissimi chicchi rimasti e pulire la pianta al 100%.

Io saluto e ringrazio il mio amico Davide, che è quel ragazzo che vedrete manovrare lo scuotitore col suo apposito telecomando da cui si possono comandare i movimenti del braccio, alzata, abbassata, spostamento a destra o spostamento a sinistra e dare anche l'OK per la scuotitura. Sono tutte funzioni dello scuotitore che vengono azionate sul telecomando, comandato dal mio amico Davide.

The Farinelli farm is the protagonist of this olive harvest in this olive grove consisting of 3 varieties of olives, Pendolino, Carvignola and Tortiglione.
During the video we will see a Spedo shaker at work with hydraulic transmission to the tractor PTO and which will be operated by a John Deere 5615F.
The John Deere 6120 will have the role of keeping the trailer hooked to close the nets and deposit the olives in the tub, where 2 rotors will turn to close the net and drop the olives into the tub.

Clearly the shaker alone cannot make all the olive grains fall, some olive grains will always remain and in that case, 2 olive harvesters will be used to drop those very few remaining grains and clean the plant 100%.
